WokiyCleaner: Privacy Policy & End-User License Agreement

SECTION A: PRIVACY POLICY
WokiyCleaner is committed to absolute transparency regarding your digital footprint. Our architecture is designed to optimize your device without ever seeing the contents of your life.
The Local Processing Mandate
WokiyCleaner provides a high-efficiency scan of your device to identify redundant APK files, residual application data, and temporary system caches.
File System Access: To perform its core function, WokiyCleaner requires permission to access your storage.
Non-Transmission Policy: Every analysis, file scan, and deletion logic occurs exclusively on your physical device. We do not possess the technical ability to upload, mirror, or inspect your personal files, photos, or documents on external servers.
Technical Telemetry and Third-Party Platforms
While your personal files are never collected, we utilize standardized third-party frameworks to maintain application health and analyze distribution metrics.
Firebase (Google): We use this platform for crash analytics. If the app encounters an error, a pseudonymized technical log (device model, OS version, and stack trace) is generated to help us fix the bug.
Attribution & Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These services help us understand the source of app installations (marketing attribution). They may process technical identifiers such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Integrity Guarantee: These third parties are contractually restricted from accessing your file system and do not receive any data concerning the files on your device.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
Our processing of limited technical data is grounded in the following legal principles:
Performance of Contract: Processing local file metadata is essential for the cleaning service you have initiated.
Legitimate Interests: We process pseudonymized technical telemetry to ensure app security, rectify software malfunctions, and evaluate our commercial reach.
Your Data Sovereignty and Rights
Regardless of your jurisdiction, WokiyCleaner honors the following rights:
Right to Know About Sharing: You have the right to know if your data is shared. WokiyCleaner only shares non-identifiable technical metadata with the operational partners listed in Section 2.
Right to Know About Selling: You have the right to know if your data is sold. WokiyCleaner does not, and will never, sell your personal or technical data to any third party.
Right of Access: You have the right to request access to any personal data we process. Because we do not store personal identifiers, this is generally limited to technical telemetry.
Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we or our partners possess regarding your technical identifiers.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the removal of your data. Deleting the WokiyCleaner app from your device immediately purges all local scan history and configuration settings.
Data Retention and Circumstances
Local Operational Data: Scan results are transient; they are held in the device’s volatile memory during an active scan and are cleared upon the closing of the application.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by third-party partners is retained for the minimum duration required for aggregate performance reporting—typically 12 to 24 months—and is then permanently anonymized.
Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms
We provide you with the power to limit your digital footprint:
System-Level Opt-Out: You can prevent the sharing of technical identifiers by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) within your system settings.
Permission Revocation: You may revoke storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly terminate all scanning capabilities.

SECTION B: END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
License Grant
WokiyCleaner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on your personal device for non-commercial maintenance, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
User Restrictions
By utilizing WokiyCleaner, you agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the scanning engine.
Use the app to interfere with critical system files required for your device to operate safely.
Redistribute or commercially exploit the software.
Intellectual Property
The WokiyCleaner name, branding, and proprietary cleaning algorithms are the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership is transferred to you by using the app.
Warranty Disclaimer
WokiyCleaner is provided "AS IS." While we strive for precision, we do not warrant that the app will identify every redundant file or that it will be entirely free of technical errors. You are responsible for reviewing items flagged for removal before confirming deletion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WokiyCleaner and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, performance issues, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you (by deleting the app) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
